Current consultants who refer consultants to iMethods Healthcare IT earn a $2.50
raise per hour worked by referred colleague
How it works:
Ex. – Referred consultant works 40 hours in a week
Referring consultant makes $2.50 × 40 = $100 added to week’s paycheck
- If referred consultant’s assignment ends, so does referral bonus payout
- Referral bonus is valid for a maximum of one year from the referred consultant’s start
date
- Referral bonuses will also be paid for permanent placement referrals—See below for
details
Consultants can refer up to five people under this incentive program, earning a raise of up to
$2,000 per month!
Non-employed consultants and friends who refer consultants to iMethods Healthcare IT earn up to $1,250 per referral
How it works:
- $750 paid to referring consultant/friend at the end of 520 hours worked by first referred consultant
- Short-term contracted consultants (for projects of at least 6 weeks or 240 hours) earn the referring consultant/friend $350. If the referred consultant is extended or replaced at another client, the bonus increases to $1000 at the end of 520 hours worked by referred consultant
- Refer a second consultant and earn $1000 at the end of 520 hours worked by that
consultant
- Refer three consultants or more and earn $1,250 at the end of 520 hours worked by each consultant
Permanent replacement referrals earn up to $1,250 per referred consultant
How it works:
- Receive $750 for the first, $1,000 for the second, and $1,250 for the third referred consultant
- Bonuses paid after 90 days of employment by referred consultant
