Fixed-term employment is a contractual relationship with iMethods Healthcare IT, yet it offers the security of employment status with iMethods. Choose the projects or engagements that fit your desire. iMethods provides hourly compensation with weekly payouts through normal payroll processing, including expense reimbursement.
By establishing a fixed-term relationship with iMethods, you will gain access to health, dental, vision and other great benefits after three months of work. As a fixed-term employee you combine flexibility and autonomy with the solidarity of support, communication and infrastructure found within iMethods Healthcare IT.

Independent sub-contractors maintain the highest degree of autonomy and flexibility while enjoying the highest possible financial rewards. iMethods provides support and assistance in identifying that next client or project, but you decide on which is right for you. iMethods facilitates your search, saving you time and maximizing your profits. Your relationship with iMethods helps you maintain consistent, desirable workloads. Independent sub-contractors enjoy the opportunity to work for multiple vendors, consulting firms and/or hospitals simultaneously.
Independent sub-contractors are paid hourly per project with no withholdings. You invoice iMethods Healthcare IT weekly, and we pay you. Your support team remains in constant contact to discuss projects and address any concerns. An Employee Identification Number (EIN) is required before work commences, yet any business entity status is eligible (i.e. Inc., LLC, sole proprietorship). Independent sub-contractors are responsible for their own insurance.
